The Subaru Outback is an automotive nameplate used by the Japanese automaker Subaru for two different vehicles: a Legacy-based station wagon, the Outback (1994–present), and an Impreza-derived hatchback, the Outback Sport (1994–2011). Most versions of the Outback wagon and Outback Sport have had an all-wheel-drive as either an option or standard equipment.

This scared customer shares her dangerous experience, "If I could give it a 0 rating I would! My husband and I couldn’t wait to buy our new car. When we got the Subaru Outback home we realized we couldn’t keep auto stop off permanently as the dealer said. Took so much time to set up all functions every time you started the car. Tried to get used to it but never happened. I felt if I needed to adjust heat settings I would need to stop on side of the road to make adjustments! So dangerous to take eyes off the road. When I tried to drive at night I had a greenish/yellow headlights that would not light up the road. On rainy night there was so much glare that you could not drive! One night I tried to back out of parking space and car SLAMMED on brakes. The screen lit up red and started beeping! Tried several times and brakes were overheating! Took it to Subaru dealer in the morning. After 3 hours they told me it was a computer error recall! Subaru never had the recall that they claimed it was. After that I had Subaru driving anxiety! We took our brand new car and traded in for a wonderful Toyota 4 runner! Yes, we took a loss but my life is more valuable than a dangerous car!"

"The one good thing about this place was that I’m pretty sure now I can handle anything in a work environment. Management receives so much pressure from corporate about numbers that they lose sight of what really makes a full service restaurant succeed- happy servers. Incredibly toxic work culture, harassment is always dismissed, and even the hourly positions in the kitchen are paid garbage. Cons: Pretty much everything else"

"This company cares nothing about their people or the equipment they are supposed to use to perform their duties. They have a high turnover rate and will require you to work double shifts if your relief does not show up for work. There are no breaks, no meals and no benefits but on the plus side you will leave feeling overworked and underappreciated on a daily basis. Cons: Working with unsafe equipment and being treated like a piece of feces."

"Management doesn’t care about you. Worked there since i was 16, and only gotten worse since. Pay isn’t good unless it is holiday seasons. No sick day “or you are fired”. No paperwork on write ups or call outs. They have “favorites” and they have employees. They do not follow conduct of orders on employee rights."

"My fiancée and I went to Outback Steakhouse in Greenfield, Wisconsin and were immediately hit with the "at least 30 minutes until a table will be available" routine. After waiting quietly off to the side for 17 minutes, another hostess informed us that we could either sit at the bar or in our vehicle. We sit at the bar, two corner seats, clearly adhering to the "socialist distancing" measures while practically forcing our bar mates to play Santa Claus... Thirty-three minutes after being told about 30minutes, we're escorted to our booth. It's still dirty and we stood while they brushed the slop off. We get water and bread, order, and wait. At least 40 minutes elapse and the manager comes out to apologize, asks if we need anything, and brings me a beer, free of charge of course... The food arrives, and my fiancée is given the wrong order. We send it back only to wait for another 5 minutes...the food was very salty and highly overpriced for the quality and size. I did not leave feeling satisfied only thirsty and nauseated. Definitely will not be returning to this establishment."

"So Outback Steakhouse in Hawaii Kai overcharges me for food they didn't deliver. The manager of the Hawaii Kai branch said she would take care of it and then ghosted me. Horrific customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE. Just go to Roy's or even Taco Bell."

"Douglasville GA. The food was awful it was cold and tasted like it was 2 days old. It was not fresh cooked food. It came out of box and was microwaved. $55.00 for frozen boxed food. Will never order or go to this restaurant again. How about having pride and actually fix fresh food. Not a steak house just another fast food establishment."

"Today I visited your restaurant at 21 Orchard Park Dr. Greenville SC 29615! The wait to get in the restaurant was long, we arrived at 5:45pm, and didn't get in until 7:00! We dealt with that, once we got in we got water, ordered a appetizer, took 30 minutes to get that, its now 7:30, Ordered our food, which came with a salad, no salad, nor food, until 8:35, the waitress kept coming by, no food, this is the worse service we have ever had, no one should have to wait that long for food. It was ridiculous. No manager came to the table to apologize or anything, and we feel they should have. I usually go to Easley even though I live in Greenville, and have never had this problem! You all really need to work on this situation. It doesn't look good at all. I feel we should get something out of this, but as I said, noone came to the table to apologize."

"Went to Outback Steakhouse in Largo Florida on Sunday night 12-20-2020. First the waitress said the blooming onion was over cooked, but try it. When are main dishes came the waitress said to my grand daughter your blooming chicken was over cooked. They brought my Salmon and it was burnt on the outside, I asked to have it returned. Later the manager brought out my Salmon and it was also burnt, but I gave up and ate it. I have NEVER seen Salmon burnt on the outside unless you ask for blackened Salmon."

"I was very disappointed with Rock Hill outback. I ordered carry out and waited over 30 minutes for order--I had bowl of soup and salad. Three cars on each side of me came andd went while I was waiting. Got here at 6:20 finally got my order 7:03"

"When I was younger I remember getting a blooming onion and coconut shrimp at Outback, so when my taste buds were wanting a walk down tasty lane, I said sure! What I received was far from what I remember. Both were over fried and terrible. I was craving light crispy, fried to golden perfection and I didn't. I ended up tossing a 30 dollar meal. What a disappointment... never again!"

"We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated promptly that was the best part. When we ordered the steaks were the wrong temp somewhere between med rare and med when one was supposed to be med rare and the other medium. They were fatty and with excessive amount of pepper so you couldn't taste the steak. The cut was a lesser quality that I'm used to at a steak house. I will not go back again only went because I had gift cards."

"Visited our closest Outback Steakhouse on 12/27/2020, Monday for our anniversary. Call ahead seating. My wife and I both ordered the classic prime rib, with sauteed mushrooms and onions, sam adams beer. Waiter seemed disinterested from the start. Waiter came back and said they were out of sam adams. Brought us our prime rib and said they were out of au jus which is supposed to come with it. They did not bring out sauteed mushrooms and onions so we had to wait on them........"
